Because of the personal nature of our product, we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your wig. We accept wigs postmarked within 10 days after you receive it, provided it is returned unaltered and unworn, in its original condition, with original tags intact. Shipping is not refundable.

Virgin hair wigs can usually be dyed. Premium Processed hair wigs may not take color consistently. It is best to let experienced professionals do the dying. We recommend testing a small lock of hair on the underside of the wig.
The Uppercut's wigs are available exclusively online.
Wigs are under warranty for 6 months against all manufacturing defects.
There are various methods for securing your wig.
Your wig will come with two clips on the ear tabs and a comb on the front. Additional clips and combs can be added to suit your preference and are available for purchase on our website. Clips and combs can easily be removed.
We sell a Wig grip, a comfortable lightweight band, which eliminates the need for any clips or combs and will hold your wig securely in place.
Our wig caps are also compatible with wig glue or tape.
Many insurance companies pay for wigs for individuals going through hair loss. Please call your insurance company and ask them if you are covered for a ‘cranial prosthetic’ under your plan. If you are, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary purchase documentation for your claim.
